Professor Åsa Melhus represented One Health Sweden and was the key note speaker when the Nordic Council arranged a seminar at the European Parliament 25th of April 2018. The title of the meeting was "Solutions to Antimicrobial resistance - the way forward from a nordic perspective". This meeting was a continuation of the successful lobbying work that started in 2015. One Health Sweden has played an active role in this iniative.

Award for Lotta Berg

Professor Lotta Berg, who is a member of the steering committee of One Health Sweden, has been awarded by the World Veterinary Association for her exemplary work in protecting and promoting Animal Welfare.

Bologna 10-12th of September 2018. The aim of the conference is to explore how EcoHealth and One Health approaches are being evaluated and implemented in practice, to learn about changes in institutional and regulatory structures at national and international levels and to discuss how the process of translating science into practice can be promoted further.
